Who We Are & What We Do
Professional, experienced, reliable, and honest, is who we are. Michael Weesner, Owner, and Carlos Olvera, Foreman, worked together for nearly a decade before starting our own company. We believe in providing customers with superior work for a fair price. Carlos has worked in the construction industry specializing in foundation repair for nearly 15 years, while Michael worked in finance for 12 years before entering the construction and home foundation repair industry in 2017.
Our mission is to provide quality home leveling services for a fair price. There are many in the industry who provide patches and quick fixes; we are not that company. Premier Foundations of Texas, LLC provides whole house leveling, addressing issues from end to end. Time after time we have come in behind companies who have placed band aides where they should have placed sills, piers, and new joists.
